Most people agree that the desire to make an impact by means of our wildest dreams lives within us all, but from my experience,  most people also believe that changing the world in this capacity is unrealistic and reserved only for a select few. 

Over the past decade, immersed in Austin, Texas’s growing  entrepreneurial community, I've had the privilege of supporting  business owners from a variety of industries and stages helping bring their visions to life. While challenging at times (a lot of times), this journey has underscored the profound significance of each individual and the transformative power of cultivating our unique  creative geniuses. The fallacy that our role in this world is insignificant stems from a collective fear of failure and the unknown, and that is something I have learned to help teams face head on working with early stage companies.
